to North Georgia Aquatics - NGA
North Georgia Aquatics (NGA) is a year round swim team
participating in the USA and Georgia Swim Associations. The team
practices at the conveniently located, Lifetime
Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia and consists of Age Group and Senior
Swimmers. Coach Mike has chosen this group of swimmers to
represent the team from a field of hundreds. The team competes in
the USA Swimming throughout the year and travels to various locales
within Georgia.
The highlight of the NGA 2010-11 swim meet season will be a week long
training trip to the Virgin Islands that will include competing in the Annual St Croix Invitational.

a little bit about our coach
Coach Mike Morrell has been coaching
nationally for over 35 years. His coaching philosophy is to create
a fun, learning environment of stroke technique and endurance training.
More importantly, he strives for each child to achieve his/ her potential
through perseverance and goal setting, while enhancing the character
traits of integrity and discipline.
